Does your teenager require a little extra guidance and instruction with proper technique or fitness etiquette?
This is the class for you! Parents this 3 hour class is designed to teach proper use of the equipment, proper technique in some of the common lifts, general techniques to follow when lifting, safety concerns when lifting and while in the weight room and common courtesies that are enforced at the YMCA.
Kids under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the orientation as well as in the weight room upon completion of the course.
