"To the Limit" Weight Club

 

The YMCA is looking to challenge our members in the weight room by starting a STRENGTH CLUB. We will be performing a one repetition max on three different movements, bench press, squat, and deadlift.  If you can successfully do a one rep max on those 3 movements using correct form and it totaling the amount for your division, you will win yourself a YMCA “To the Limit” Strength Club t-shirt and your name on the wall. You must be a member of the YMCA and over the age of 18 to participate in the event.

Ages 21yrs. - 49yrs.
Men: 1000+ lbs.
Women: 500+ lbs.

Age: 50yrs.+
Men: 750+lbs.
Women: 300+lbs.

 

For those that are already a member, here is your chance to better your scores and move up on the board!! Visit the Y any one of the days and during anytime between the below hours.
