Gym N' Swim is an entry level class that focuses on the basic skills involved with gymnastics and swimming. Flexibility, balance and coordination are 3 of the many skills heavily focused upon. This is a structured and fun-filled class for ages 3-5 yrs. that is offered here at your downtown YMCA.

5:00-5:30 IPAP 3-5 yrs.

5:00-5:30 Parent & Child 6 months-3yrs.
5:30-6:00 IPAP 3-5 yrs.
5:30-6:00 Level I & II
6:00-6:30 Parent & Child 6months-3yrs.
6:30-7:00 Level I & II
6:30-7:00 Level III

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
30 min. lessons will help to meet your specific goals.

One on One Lessons:
YMCA Members:         $20/lesson  or  $60/4 lessons

YMCA Non-Member:    $30/lesson  or  $90/4 lessons
Buddy Session-two-on-one lessons:
YMCA Members:         $30/lesson or  $100/ 4 lessons

YMCA Non-Members:  $50/lesson  or   $150/ 4 lessons
 
 
SWIM LESSONS
Parent/Child Lessons:  Parent/Child Classes are designed not only to introduce infants to the water but to teach parents simple ways to continue their child's progression throughout their younger years. This class is for infants from 6 months to 3 years.
Preschool Aquatics Program: Our P.A.P class is dsigned to help children feel more comfortable in all types of water. Time in the water will consist of very basic swim skills and introduction to swimming drills. This class is for toddlers from 3years to 5 years of age.
Level I & II: Our Level I & II classes are for ages 6 and up. Starting with the basics and slowly moving our participants into lap swimming. Younger participants who have taken a proper swimming test by an instructor may join these classes.
Level III: Level III classes take our Level I & II graduates into more of a workout environment. Taking all that they have learned and fine tuning that to make them into the best swimmers that they can be.
 
Swim Training
Swim Training is a training club for ages 7-18. The participants will learn endurance, stroke analysis and basic nutritional facts for a healthy lifestyle.  YMCA Swim Training is for all participants that have completed level 3 of our YMCA swim program or have taken and passed a swim test.  Days/Times: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm Saturday 12:00pm-1:00pm.
