WATER FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Power Up- This awesome class is a fusion of step aerobics and power toning. Simple athletic movements that will up you sculpt the body you want.
Combo Cardio Class- This Class consists of 25-40 minutes of low- impact cardio followed by 10-15 minutes of toning.
Cardio Blast- This class is a high-intensity step class consists of power moves and step combinations. A 45 minute cardio workout followed by an abdominal workout.
Silver Sneakers® I - Muscular strength & range of movement- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity of daily living skills.
Zumba®- Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms!
Yoga- A Yoga class with the addition of props, to help you achieve proper alignment, and steady movements.
Turn Back the Clock Yoga- A back to the basics yoga class that focuses on proper breathing, relaxation and low impact stretches.
Zumba Gold®- If you are a beginner, returning to exercise or having joint issues, this class is for you. This Latin-inspired dance fitness class has all the same energizing music as Zumba®, but set to a low- or no-impact routines designed to be easy-to-follow and fun!!!! All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Cycle/ Stretch Yoga- A 30min. cycle class for all fitness levels with a nice yoga stretch to end the class.
