- An aerobic instructor, also known as a group fitness instructor, is a fitness professional who leads, instructs, and motivates groups or individuals in exercise activities designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. They design and deliver engaging, high-energy classes, such as Zumba, spinning, or traditional aerobics, set to music. Certified Instructors please apply, or we can lead you in the direction to be certified.
